Packaging Instructions
Proper sample preparation helps ensure accurate and reproducible results.
Submit 100–500 g of dried plant material or 20–100 g of powdered samples.
For plant extracts or herbal formulations, provide 20–100 mL of liquid extract or 10–50 g of concentrated extract.
Food products and beverages should be submitted in clean, airtight, leak-proof containers.
Ensure all samples are free from mould, dirt, excessive moisture and other contaminants.
Clearly label every sample with:
Your name or organisation
Sample name
Plant part or product type
Extraction solvent (if applicable)
Date of collection or extraction
If you're submitting multiple samples, package and label each one separately.
Other Instructions
Please let us know the purpose of your analysis, such as research, publication, product development, quality control or regulatory submission.
If you require a specific antioxidant assay (for example DPPH, FRAP or ABTS), kindly mention this when placing your order.
If your sample is a plant extract, provide details of the extraction solvent and extraction method where available.
Fresh plant materials should be delivered as soon as possible, while dried samples should be stored in a cool, dry place before submission.
