These terms govern how customers, merchants, laboratories, contributors and visitors use the Allanalysis website, app and connected services.
By accessing, registering on, purchasing from, booking through or otherwise using Allanalysis, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable policies published on the platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the platform and its services.
Allanalysis provides access to laboratory testing, analytical services, scientific products, educational resources and related services. We may facilitate bookings, payments, sample coordination, communication, result delivery and other services. Not every analysis listed on the platform is performed directly by Allanalysis. Certain tests and analytical services may be carried out in collaboration with qualified partner laboratories, research facilities, analysts or other service providers.
Allanalysis may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue platform features, tests, products, packages, offers, merchant services, articles or other services. Where a change materially affects an existing paid order or booking, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the available options to the affected customer.
Allanalysis may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unlawful activity, abuse of staff or providers, misuse of the platform, violation of these terms or an attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
Test prices, estimated completion times, availability and sample requirements may vary according to the test, provider, sample condition, location and other relevant factors. A booking is considered confirmed after the required booking information and applicable payment requirements have been completed. Customers should carefully review the individual test page before making payment or submitting samples.
When a sample is received at an authorised collection facility or laboratory, the booking status may be updated on the customer's tracking or booking page. Where additional clarification is required before analysis can proceed, Allanalysis or the assigned provider may contact the customer. Where no clarification is required, the sample may proceed for analysis according to the applicable workflow.
Allanalysis does not independently perform every analysis listed on the platform. Some analyses may be performed in collaboration with qualified laboratories, research facilities, technical specialists or other analytical service providers. The facility selected for a particular analysis may depend on the test method, equipment requirements, location, capacity and other technical considerations.
Where available, relevant information concerning an analytical procedure is provided on the individual test page. This may include the analytical method, equipment, equipment model, operating principle, sample requirements or other relevant technical information. Users should review the applicable test information before booking.
Certain chemical and specialised analyses involve substantial preparation, equipment and operational costs. Where fewer than three samples are submitted for some analyses, processing may take longer than the estimated turnaround time stated on the test page. Where available, customers may select an express-analysis option, which may reduce the normal waiting period by up to approximately 50%. Express processing does not guarantee completion at an exact time unless an exact completion time is expressly confirmed.
Customers may submit samples through the collection and delivery methods made available during booking. Where a customer sends a sample to an agreed bus park or other approved location rather than directly to a collection centre, a dispatcher may be required to collect and transport the sample. The customer is responsible for the applicable dispatch or transportation cost unless otherwise stated. Customers should select the correct dispatch or collection location when completing a test booking.
Customers must ensure that samples are properly identified, packaged and submitted according to the requirements stated on the relevant test page. Samples that are unsafe, leaking, incorrectly packaged, insufficient, contaminated, unidentified or unsuitable for the requested analysis may be delayed, rejected or require resubmission.
Allanalysis does not ordinarily return submitted samples or remnants of analysed samples. Customers are therefore advised to submit only samples they can afford to lose. This policy reflects the logistics involved in transferring samples between laboratories, collection centres and delivery locations. Where a sample-return option is available for a particular test, the customer must request it during booking or before analysis begins, and additional handling or delivery charges may apply.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular test, submitted samples and remnants of analysed samples may be retained for up to 21 days after analysis. Where a longer retention period is available, the customer must request it before the standard retention period expires and any applicable charges may apply.
Samples, remnants of analysed samples and abandoned samples may be safely disposed of after 21 days from the date of analysis or, for unused or unprocessed samples, after 21 days of non-use, unless a different retention arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Where sample result examples are provided on the Analysis page or individual test page, customers should review them before proceeding with a booking. Result formats may differ depending on the analytical method, test type, instrument, laboratory or reporting requirement.
Completed results are normally uploaded to the customer's portal or My Bookings page, where they can be viewed or downloaded. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their results within the applicable retention period.
Unless otherwise stated, completed results are retained on the platform for 21 days from the date they are made available. Results not downloaded or collected within this period may no longer remain available. Loss of access after the stated retention period does not create an entitlement to a refund for analysis already completed.
The interpretation of medical, scientific, academic or research results is primarily the responsibility of the customer's medical doctor, laboratory professional, project supervisor or other appropriately qualified professional. Allanalysis does not routinely alter, reinterpret or modify analytical data generated from completed analysis.
Where available, a customer may submit a separate request for assistance with the interpretation or explanation of a result. Such a request may be assigned to an analyst or qualified professional with relevant knowledge of the subject area. Interpretation or consultation services may be subject to separate terms, availability and fees.
Support relating to a completed analysis is generally available for 21 days from the date of analysis. Requests made after this period may be treated as a new support or consultation request and may not be covered by the original booking.
Allanalysis may list and sell analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, accessories, spare parts, sampling materials, safety products, scientific supplies and related products directly or through independent merchants. Product pages are intended to provide information that enables customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
We aim to display accurate product names, descriptions, images, brands, models, dimensions, capacities, technical specifications, intended uses, compatibility information and included accessories. Images may be illustrative, and minor differences in packaging, labelling or appearance may occur where the supplied product remains materially equivalent. Customers must review the product page and confirm that the selected item is suitable for their intended application before ordering.
The price displayed on the product page or at checkout is the applicable selling price at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors. Delivery charges, taxes, customs duties, installation charges, calibration charges, special handling fees or other applicable costs will be disclosed before payment where they are known and payable through Allanalysis. We will not impose undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been accepted.
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the customer receives an order confirmation or fulfilment notice. Products may become unavailable, be discontinued, fail a quality check or be affected by supplier limitations. Where an ordered product cannot be supplied, we may offer an equivalent replacement for the customer's approval, provide a revised fulfilment date or issue a refund in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments may be processed by approved third-party providers. Allanalysis may delay or cancel an order where payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the order information.
Available delivery destinations, estimated timelines, delivery fees and any special handling requirements will be shown on the website, at checkout or communicated before fulfilment. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers must provide a complete and accessible delivery address and inspect packages promptly after delivery. Visible damage, missing items, incorrect products or delivery discrepancies should be reported through the published support channels as soon as reasonably possible, together with the order reference and supporting photographs where applicable.
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Allanalysis Refund and Return Policy displayed on the website. Eligibility may depend on the product type, condition, return period, hygiene or safety considerations, whether a seal has been broken, whether the item was specially ordered or customised, and whether the reported defect is confirmed. A return or refund request must be submitted through the published support channels. Nothing in these terms removes any non-excludable consumer right available under applicable law. There is no refund for an analysis or test that has already been conducted.
Certain chemicals, reagents, medical devices, diagnostic products, pharmaceuticals, biological materials, controlled items, hazardous substances or specialised equipment may be restricted by law, carrier rules, manufacturer requirements or marketplace policies. We may require evidence of professional, institutional, regulatory or end-use eligibility before accepting an order. Allanalysis may refuse, cancel or restrict the sale, advertising or shipment of any product that is prohibited, unsafe, unapproved, misleadingly promoted or unsuitable for the destination country.
Product descriptions must not make false, exaggerated or unsupported claims about performance, safety, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure. Healthcare-related products, test kits, medicines, supplements and medical devices may be listed or promoted only where permitted and where any required approval, authorisation or certification has been obtained. Educational product information does not replace professional medical, scientific, regulatory or safety advice.
Some analytical products require qualified installation, commissioning, calibration, validation, maintenance, controlled storage, personal protective equipment or trained operation. Unless expressly included in the product description or order confirmation, product purchase does not include installation, calibration, method development, training, certification or ongoing technical support. The customer is responsible for following the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty applies, its scope, duration, exclusions and claim procedure may be stated on the product page, invoice, packaging or warranty document. Warranty coverage does not normally extend to misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, unsuitable power supply, accidental damage, poor storage, contamination, normal wear, consumable parts or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. Statutory rights remain unaffected where applicable.
Some products and services available through Allanalysis may be offered by independent merchants or providers. Depending on the listing, the merchant may be the seller or service provider of record while Allanalysis provides marketplace, payment, communication or support facilities.
Independent merchants are responsible for genuine product supply, accurate stock information, lawful pricing, fulfilment, warranties and compliance with applicable laws and marketplace requirements. Merchants must fulfil accepted orders within the timelines and conditions communicated to customers.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful and not misleading. Allanalysis may review, correct, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, prohibited, unavailable or inconsistent with platform, regulatory or advertising requirements.
Where products are submitted to Google Merchant Center, Shopping ads or free product listings, the information in the product feed should match the corresponding product page and checkout experience, including title, description, image, price, availability, condition, brand, product identifiers, shipping information and return information where applicable. Allanalysis and participating merchants must not conceal material terms, promote unavailable products as available, publish misleading claims, misrepresent business identity or operate an ineffective delivery, return or refund process.
Products may be removed, restricted or corrected where required by law, safety information, manufacturer notice, regulatory action, marketplace rules, advertising policies or product-data quality requirements. We may contact affected customers about substitutions, recalls, safety notices, delayed fulfilment, cancellations or refunds.
Articles, guides, educational materials and other informational content provided by Allanalysis are for general information and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, scientific, regulatory, legal or other specialist advice.
Customers should submit feedback, complaints or support requests through the available direct chat channel, result page, contact page or other published support channels. Users must communicate respectfully and must not use threats, harassment, defamatory statements or other abusive conduct against staff, laboratories, merchants, analysts or service providers. Legitimate complaints and good-faith reviews are not prohibited.
Users are encouraged to review the Frequently Asked Questions page for general information about analytical processes, bookings, samples, results, products, deliveries and other commonly raised matters.
Allanalysis may communicate with users through their account, email, telephone, WhatsApp, platform messaging or other contact methods provided during registration, booking or ordering. Support requests should include sufficient information to identify the relevant booking, result, order or transaction.
Allanalysis may operate a referral or representative programme that rewards eligible participants for referring users, products, tests or other services. Where applicable, customers may enter a valid referral ID during booking or purchase. Referral rewards, percentages, qualification requirements, exclusions, payment conditions and other programme rules are governed by the terms published on the applicable referral or representative programme page.
Allanalysis provides a platform through which users may access services, laboratories, products, merchants and information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Allanalysis is not responsible for losses arising solely from inaccurate information supplied by a user, improper sample collection or packaging, misuse of products, failure to follow laboratory or manufacturer instructions, events outside reasonable control, or acts of independent providers beyond the platform's reasonable control.
Information made available through Allanalysis does not replace professional medical, scientific, regulatory, legal or technical advice. Users should consult an appropriately qualified professional where interpretation, diagnosis, treatment, regulatory compliance, research supervision or specialised technical advice is required.
Users must not use Allanalysis for fraud, unlawful transactions, impersonation, unauthorised access, malicious activity, intellectual property infringement, harassment, platform manipulation, security attacks or any other activity that violates applicable law or these terms.
Allanalysis may suspend or terminate access to an account or service where necessary to protect users, providers, merchants, the platform or third parties; comply with law or regulatory requirements; investigate suspected fraud or security incidents; or enforce these Terms of Use.
Allanalysis may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in services, laws, regulatory requirements, platform policies or business operations. Updated terms become effective when published on this page unless another effective date is expressly stated.
These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that may apply. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the available support or dispute-resolution process may be referred to a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction over the matter.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Questions, complaints, notices or requests relating to these Terms of Use, laboratory services, orders, payments, results, products or marketplace transactions should be submitted through the official contact and support channels published on the Allanalysis website.
