How to Use Nurofen Gel For adults and children over 12 years:

Squeeze 4–10 cm of the gel (containing 50–125 mg of ibuprofen) onto the affected area. Gently rub the gel in until it is fully absorbed. Wash your hands immediately after application. Do not apply more than 4 times in 24 hours, and wait at least 4 hours between applications.
