Collection at Our Centre

You may visit any designated AllAnalysis sample collection centre where trained personnel will professionally collect your DNA samples using sterile cheek (buccal) swabs.

For your convenience, AllAnalysis offers confidential mobile sample collection services.

This service is ideal for clients who value privacy, convenience, or are unable to visit a collection centre. All collections are performed professionally and discreetly, with complete respect for your confidentiality.

Self-Collection Guidelines

For private (non-legal) testing where self-collection is permitted:

Do not eat, drink, smoke, chew gum, or brush your teeth for at least 30 minutes before collection.
Wash your hands before handling the swabs.
Rub the sterile swab firmly against the inside of each cheek for 30–60 seconds.
Allow the swab to air dry completely.
Never touch the cotton tip or allow it to touch any surface.
Use a separate swab for each participant.
Packaging Instructions
Place each dried swab into its own labelled paper envelope.
Clearly identify each sample (e.g., Child, Alleged Mother).
Never place multiple participants' swabs in the same envelope.
Avoid using plastic bags for freshly collected swabs.
Seal the envelopes securely before submission.

Samples may be delivered to an AllAnalysis collection centre, picked up by our authorised courier, or collected directly by an AllAnalysis representative from your preferred location.

Confidentiality

All DNA samples, personal information, and laboratory results are handled under strict confidentiality protocols. Results are released only to authorised individuals unless disclosure is required by law for legal testing.

Book an Appointment: We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance for faster service.

Choose the Correct Test: Inform us whether you require Private (Peace of Mind) or Legal DNA Maternity Testing, as legal testing requires a documented chain of custody.

Valid Identification: Participants in legal testing must present valid government-issued identification. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Consent Required: Appropriate consent must be obtained from all participants or their legal representatives before testing.

Avoid Food & Drinks: Do not eat, drink, smoke, chew gum, or brush your teeth for at least 30 minutes before sample collection.

Sample Quality: Poor-quality or contaminated samples may require recollection and could delay your results.

Turnaround Time: Standard results are generally available within 3–10 working days after all samples have been received.

Nationwide & International Collection: Where required, AllAnalysis can coordinate sample collection from participants in different cities or countries while maintaining proper identification and quality procedures.

Complete Privacy: Every test is assigned a unique laboratory identification number. Your information and results remain confidential and are never shared with third parties without your written consent, except where legally required.
