Whether you're a food manufacturer, restaurant owner, caterer, farmer, researcher or simply want to confirm that your food products are safe for consumption, our Microbiological Analysis of Food service is designed to give you confidence in the quality and safety of your products.
At AnalysisAfrica, we test food samples for harmful microorganisms that can cause food spoilage, foodborne illnesses and product recalls. Depending on your requirements, our laboratory can analyse Total Viable Count (TVC), Total Coliform Count, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Yeasts and Moulds, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium species and other microorganisms commonly associated with food contamination.
We analyse a wide variety of food products, including raw foods, cooked meals, dairy products, meat, fish, poultry, beverages, bottled drinks, packaged foods, fruits, vegetables, spices and processed food products.
After testing, you'll receive a comprehensive laboratory report showing the microorganisms detected, microbial counts (where applicable) and an easy-to-understand interpretation of the results. If you're unsure which microbiological tests your product requires, simply tell us about your food product and its intended market, and we'll recommend the most appropriate testing package.
Whether you're meeting regulatory requirements, carrying out routine quality control, validating shelf life or ensuring consumer safety, we're committed to providing reliable and accurate laboratory results.
