UV Spectrophotometer
The T70 PG Instruments’ UV- Spectrophotometer was used to analyze the samples at different wavelength and absorption the Spectrophotometer was first switched on and allows to stabilize before the calibration was done using distilled water and a black body. After calibration the wavelength was set to 330nm, and the corresponding absorption was displayed after pressing the key for absorption. This step was followed for another wavelength until it gets to 900 nm.
