Merchant Terms of Use

1. Merchant eligibility

Merchants must provide accurate business, laboratory, service, pricing, capacity, operating hour and contact information. Allanalysis may review, approve, reject, suspend or request updates to merchant accounts.

2. Service listing responsibilities

• List only services you are qualified and equipped to provide.
• Keep prices, timelines, sample requirements and delivery methods accurate.
• Clearly state sample type, volume, packaging and special instructions.
• Do not mislead users about accreditation, capability, turnaround time or result interpretation.

3. Bookings and communication

Merchants must respond to bookings, messages and service requests in a timely manner. Order status, acceptance, rejection, result upload and customer updates must be handled responsibly.

4. Results and confidentiality

Merchants must protect user data, samples, uploaded documents and results. Reports should be accurate, traceable and uploaded only to the correct order.

5. Payments, coupons and promotions

Commission, payout, featured listing, coupon and promotion terms may be controlled by Allanalysis and may change with notice. Merchants must not bypass platform payments where platform rules apply.

6. Suspension

Allanalysis may suspend or remove merchants for poor service, fraud, unsafe sample handling, repeated complaints, fake listings, payment abuse, regulatory concerns or policy violations.
