Marketplace products and orders
Analysis Africa operates a multi-vendor marketplace where independent merchants, laboratories, suppliers, and service providers may list and fulfil products or services. When you place an order, we may share only the information reasonably required to process and fulfil that order, including your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, ordered items, order notes, and payment status.

Product reviews, ratings, and public content
Reviews, ratings, questions, comments, and other content you submit may be displayed publicly alongside products, services, merchant profiles, or laboratory listings. Do not include confidential, medical, financial, or other sensitive personal information in public reviews or comments.
Fraud prevention and marketplace security
We may use automated and manual checks to detect suspicious transactions, payment abuse, fake accounts, unauthorized access, misleading listings, prohibited products, chargebacks, and other activity that may threaten customers, merchants, laboratories, or the platform.
International sellers and data transfers
Some products, laboratories, merchants, service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, or logistics partners may be located outside your country. Where necessary to provide a service or fulfil an order, information may be processed or transferred internationally in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards.
Uploaded files and reports
Files uploaded during checkout, support, or merchant operations may be stored and shared only with the relevant team or lab for processing the request. Do not upload documents that are unrelated, illegal, unsafe, or not required for the service.
