Testing and sample-related information
Information you provide about samples, tests, reports, medical or scientific context, and laboratory instructions may be shared with the relevant partner lab or service provider only for the purpose of processing your requested service.

Payment information

For merchants and partner labs, we may collect business names, lab names, addresses, service areas, payout details, uploaded test information, articles, logos, operating hours, and verification details needed to manage marketplace services.
Uploaded files and reports
Files uploaded during checkout, support, or merchant operations may be stored and shared only with the relevant team or lab for processing the request. Do not upload documents that are unrelated, illegal, unsafe, or not required for the service.
How we protect information
We use practical administrative, technical, and access-control measures to protect information. However, no website, payment system, or online transmission is completely risk-free. Users should also protect their passwords and account access.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, keep transaction records, support users, comply with business/legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain service history. Some records may be retained after account closure where required.
Your choices and rights

Analysis Africa is not intended for unsupervised use by children. Where a minor’s sample, medical test, or laboratory service is booked, it should be done by a parent, guardian, school, institution, or authorized adult.
