Allanalysis connects users with laboratories, service providers, analysis providers, educational articles and related scientific services. We may facilitate bookings, communication, payments and result delivery, but the actual test performance may be carried out by verified partner laboratories or providers.
Prices, timelines and availability may vary by test, provider, location and sample condition. A booking is only confirmed after required information and payment steps are completed.

We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, submit fraudulent requests, abuse staff or providers, or attempt to compromise platform security.
Allanalysis may improve, modify, add or remove features at any time, including tests, packages, offers, merchant tools, articles and app features.
Allanalysis may list and sell analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, accessories, spare parts, sampling materials, safety products, scientific supplies and related products directly or through independent merchants. Product pages are intended to provide clear information that enables customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
We aim to display accurate product names, descriptions, images, brands, models, dimensions, capacities, technical specifications, intended uses, compatibility information and included accessories. Images may be illustrative, and minor differences in packaging, labelling or appearance may occur where the supplied product remains materially equivalent. Customers must review the product page and confirm that the selected item is suitable for their intended application before ordering.
The price displayed on the product page or at checkout is the applicable selling price at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors. Delivery charges, taxes, customs duties, installation charges, calibration charges, special handling fees or other applicable costs will be disclosed before payment where they are known and payable through Allanalysis. We will not impose undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been accepted.
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the customer receives an order confirmation or fulfilment notice. Products may become unavailable, be discontinued, fail a quality check or be affected by supplier limitations. Where an ordered product cannot be supplied, we may offer an equivalent replacement for the customer's approval, provide a revised fulfilment date or issue a refund in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments may be processed by approved third-party providers. Allanalysis may delay or cancel an order where payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the order information.
Available delivery destinations, estimated timelines, delivery fees and any special handling requirements will be shown on the website, at checkout or communicated before fulfilment. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers must provide a complete and accessible delivery address and inspect packages promptly after delivery. Visible damage, missing items, incorrect products or delivery discrepancies should be reported through the contact page as soon as reasonably possible, together with the order reference and supporting photographs where applicable.
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Allanalysis Refund and Return Policy displayed on the website. Eligibility may depend on the product type, condition, return period, hygiene or safety considerations, whether a seal has been broken, whether the item was specially ordered or customised, and whether the reported defect is confirmed. A functioning return or refund request must be submitted through the published support channels. Nothing in these terms removes any non-excludable consumer right available under applicable law.
Certain chemicals, reagents, medical devices, diagnostic products, pharmaceuticals, biological materials, controlled items, hazardous substances or specialised equipment may be restricted by law, carrier rules, manufacturer requirements or marketplace policies. We may require evidence of professional, institutional, regulatory or end-use eligibility before accepting an order. Allanalysis may refuse, cancel or restrict the sale, advertising or shipment of any product that is prohibited, unsafe, unapproved, misleadingly promoted or unsuitable for the destination country.
Product descriptions must not make false, exaggerated or unsupported claims about performance, safety, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure. Healthcare-related products, test kits, medicines, supplements and medical devices may be listed or promoted only where permitted and where any required approval, authorisation or certification has been obtained. Educational product information does not replace professional medical, scientific, regulatory or safety advice.
Some analytical products require qualified installation, commissioning, calibration, validation, maintenance, controlled storage, personal protective equipment or trained operation. Unless expressly included in the product description or order confirmation, product purchase does not include installation, calibration, method development, training, certification or ongoing technical support. The customer is responsible for following the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty applies, its scope, duration, exclusions and claim procedure may be stated on the product page, invoice, packaging or warranty document. Warranty coverage does not normally extend to misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, unsuitable power supply, accidental damage, poor storage, contamination, normal wear, consumable parts or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. Statutory rights remain unaffected where applicable.
Independent merchants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, genuine product supply, stock information, pricing, fulfilment, warranties and compliance with applicable laws. Allanalysis may review, correct, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, prohibited or inconsistent with platform or advertising requirements. Depending on the listing, the merchant may be the seller of record while Allanalysis provides marketplace, payment, communication or support facilities.
Where products are submitted to Google Merchant Center, Shopping ads or free product listings, the information in the product feed should match the corresponding product page and checkout experience, including title, description, image, price, availability, condition, brand, product identifiers, shipping information and return information where applicable. Allanalysis and participating merchants must not conceal material terms, promote unavailable products as available, publish misleading claims, misrepresent business identity or operate an ineffective delivery, return or refund process.
Products may be removed, restricted or corrected where required by law, safety information, manufacturer notice, regulatory action, marketplace rules, advertising policies or product-data quality requirements. We may contact affected customers about substitutions, recalls, safety notices, delayed fulfilment, cancellations or refunds.
